Terms of Service

By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, do not pay, and do not order. The operator of this site is Riley PNP — James Riley, Kansas City Contemporary Hip-Hop, tagline The Dopest Foreal. Base: Kansas City.

Questions about these Terms go through /contact only — say which kind it is (general, booking, press, or support). No street address, phone, or booking email is published here until a real one is supplied on the site itself. Do not DM payment details to any social account, and do not treat a social bio, screenshot, or comment as a store notice: if it is not on /store, it is not live.

These Terms cover rileypnp.appmajic.ai (production) and rileypnp.vogelkc.com (interim preview). If the two ever conflict, the version on the host you are actually using controls. I may update these Terms; the version live at /terms when you use the site, order, or pay is the version that governs that use or order. Material changes get a new “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page.

Use the site for personal, non-commercial listening and reading. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or harvest its content, catalog data, or images; circumvent rate limits or human-verification checks; submit false orders or false transaction IDs; impersonate Riley PNP; or use the site to harass, defraud, or harm anyone. Section 10 lists the full prohibited-misuse rules and what I can do about them.

This is my official site. The projects and singles on this site are 2016–2022 only: Still Cookin’ Vol. 1 (album, 2016-12-16, 8 songs), The Murder Tape (mixtape, 2017-05-13, 8 songs, with Trap-A-Holics and Bruiser3100), The Speez (album, 7 songs, stores 2018-10-20, RileyPnP and Munchie$, first released 2016 with City Watts), The Fundraiser (album, 2020-05-15, 10 songs, TKCLBX), and Throwaways EP (2022-12-24, 5 songs), plus the fifteen singles listed on /music. Guest features are listed separately on /music#features as eight verified features from 2020 to 2024, and the five verified videos are listed on /videos. Features are not presented as Riley PNP releases. I do not claim releases, features, dates, or prices that are not on this site. If it is not here, it is not verified, and it is not me.

• The Speez tracklist is the verified seven-song list on /albums/the-speez. Do not add titles beyond that list, and do not ask the chat to invent them.
• Listening is streaming only. The on-site player plays only what is cleared for on-site audio. If a master is not uploaded or not cleared, the player says “Master upload pending” — that is an honest empty state, not a broken link, and not a promise that the track will play later. Spotify and other embeds are a secondary listening option; the queue drives the on-site player, and an embed does not turn a track on.
• No ripping, re-uploading, or sampling. Do not download, rip, re-upload, sample, cover, or create derivative works from audio on this site without written permission.
• Lyrics are gated. Full lyrics are never in chat and never on a public page unless the rights holder has cleared that exact track. Short excerpts may appear only where a page shows them. Summaries in our own words are fine; copying the song is not.
• Videos, live, and news are empty until real. /videos, /live, and /news show only what is actually announced or published. No invented dates, venues, headlines, or video titles — ever.
• Streaming links go to the platforms. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and SoundCloud have their own terms, catalogs, prices, and availability. This site does not control them, and a platform listing does not expand the catalog on this site.

The music, the words, and the artwork on this site are mine. You get a personal, non-commercial licence to listen and read — not a licence to copy, sell, sample, or repost them as your own. Trademarks and logos (Riley PNP, The Dopest Foreal, cover art) may not be used to sell “official” merch or imply endorsement.

James Riley consent for this site build is documented, but there is no photoreal AI face on this site, ever. Artwork is stylized typography, KC abstract, vinyl and cassette shapes, skyline, and silhouette only. Where artwork is AI-assisted, it is disclosed as an illustration, not a photograph. Do not create or post AI voice or likeness clones of Riley or any other artist, and do not use this site’s art to imply endorsement.

Fan art and UGC are permission-first. If you submit fan art for repost, you grant a non-exclusive licence to repost it with credit, and you can withdraw it — I remove it within 48 hours of a valid request. Reposting here is not a licence to sell that art as merch; merch use of fan art needs a separate written licence, never “exposure”.

The music player, the chat sidepane, and the newsletter are part of this site. The chat is a catalog assistant, not a person. It answers only from the notes stored on this site; it does not browse the web and does not know live prices, live dates, order status, or anything not in those notes.

• If the notes don’t support an answer, the chat says so and links the live page. Do not rely on chat for a price, a ship date, a ticket date, or an order status — the live page is the truth.
• The chat will never quote you a price, a date, a venue, or a Venmo handle, and it will never ask for your email, address, order code, card numbers, passwords, or codes. Never send those in chat — ever, to anyone. If a chat ever asks for them, it is not our chat: stop and use /contact.
• No full lyrics, no photoreal AI face, no model or provider claims. The chat will refuse those and offer a summary or a link instead.
• Rate limits apply: 5 messages per minute and 20 per day per visitor (hashed IP, never raw IP stored), plus a human-verification check. Limits exist to keep the chat free for real fans.
• The chat does not buy, pay, post, or change anything. It can link you to /music, /store, /live, /newsletter, or /contact. It cannot click, fill a form, create a post, or complete a Venmo payment for you, and it cannot change a price, a ship window, or whether an item is listed.

Merch is print-on-demand: your piece is made after you order, by my print partner (Printful as primary, Printify as fallback). I am the seller of record; the printer prints and ships on my instruction. No stock, no fake scarcity, no “only 3 left” pressure. Shipping is US only, 50 states plus DC. Territories, military APO/FPO, and foreign addresses are not accepted.

Fail-closed, by design. An item is only buyable if it has a fresh live print quote, a verified physical sample, and a locked ship window in our system. If any of those is missing, checkout is off for that item and any price you see is not an amount you can pay. No sample, no listing — ever. That’s why some things you might expect just aren’t listed yet. The price on a product page is the price: do not edit it, screenshot-alter it, or ask the chat to change it.

One per order. Quantity is 1. No bulk discounts, promo codes, or quantity pricing unless a product page says so in writing, and size and color options on a product page are the only options that exist for that item. Tips and donations are not a thing here — there is no tip, donation, or charity claim on this site, and no tip can change whether an item passes its pricing check.

While checkout is off, this section authorizes nothing. It describes what will happen if and when the store opens. Until then: no orders are taken, no order form creates a binding order, the order endpoint refuses orders, and section 5’s fail-closed rules are the whole deal.

If and when the store opens, an order completes in this order, and only in this order:

1. You fill the order form on the product page (name, US shipping address, size/color, email). The site creates an order in pending status with an exact RPNP- note.
2. You pay by Venmo Business deep link — https://venmo.com/<handle>?txn_amount=…&note=RPNP-… — for the exact amount shown, inside Venmo, on Venmo’s site. That link is the whole checkout.
3. You paste your Venmo transaction ID back on the site. Your order is not paid until that transaction is matched to your order by hand — the site marks it paid_manual and reconciles it against the ledger.
4. Only after that match do we create the print order with the printer. Production starts after payment is matched, not before.

• No Venmo API key. No Venmo webhook. There is no Venmo API key for this store, and there never will be — Venmo does not offer a public checkout API for this flow. There is no Venmo webhook either: Venmo does not notify this site when you pay. If anyone asks for a “Venmo API key”, a webhook code, or a “verification” callback to buy merch here, it’s a scam — walk away. There is no card checkout and no automatic payment confirmation on this site.
• The note is the match. Use the exact RPNP- note from your order page. No note, wrong note, wrong amount, or a payment to any other handle means unmatched — and unmatched payments are held, not fulfilled. Keep your Venmo receipt, transaction ID, and order code: without them I cannot match you, no matter what you paid.
• The handle on the live order page is the only payee. Never pay a handle from a DM, comment, or screenshot. While checkout is off there is no handle to pay — do not send money. When in doubt, stop and use /contact.
• Fees are the seller’s, and they are not refundable. Venmo Business direct payments charge the seller 1.9% + $0.10 per payment, deducted from what I receive. The price on the order page is the amount the link carries; I do not add a separate “Venmo fee” line to your total, and I do not bury the fee either. Tap to Pay is a different rate (2.29% + $0.10) and is not the rate this store prices on — if Venmo describes your payment differently, tell me and do not assume the fee is the same. If an order is refunded, Venmo does not refund its seller fee; your refund is the amount you paid, and I will state the refund amount before I issue it.
• Overpayments, underpayments, duplicates: held for manual review. Excess is refunded or designated as a tip only with your written confirmation — never kept silently. A duplicate transaction is never double-counted, and a payment I cannot match to an order cannot ship. That protects you and me both.

Made after you order. Print-on-demand means production starts after payment is matched (section 6). That takes time, and shipping time starts when the printer hands the package to the carrier — not when you pay. We promise shipment (carrier handoff) inside the window. We do not promise a delivery date, and carrier delays after handoff are not a ship-window breach — but I will share tracking when the printer provides it.

The ship window on the product page is the promise. It is read from the site’s live data at checkout and locked to your order before you pay. It is the only ship time we promise, and I do not hardcode a day count into these Terms, because a number I cannot meet is a lie I will not print. If a page shows no window, checkout is off for that item — that is intentional, not a bug to work around.

If we cannot ship in the window, you get a choice. Before the window closes I will notify you with a definite new ship date. You may consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund — your choice, with no fee to cancel for our delay. Silence is not consent. A prompt refund means prompt: when a refund is owed for an unshipped order, I send it within 7 working days of your right to a refund vesting, by a method at least as fast and reliable as first-class mail, or back through Venmo where that is the method you paid.

Address accuracy is yours. Provide a complete US shipping address (50 states + DC). Wrong or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, and reshipment costs caused by the address you gave are your responsibility; printers return undeliverable packages to their facility, not to me. Defects, misprints, lost packages: contact me through /contact within 30 days of receipt (30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages) with your order code and a photo. Items we misprinted or damaged are covered at my expense; buyer’s remorse and wrong-size-by-buyer are not automatically refundable on made-to-order goods. Full detail: /shipping-returns.

No dates, venues, or tickets exist on this site until I announce them on /live. I don’t invent shows. The newsletter at /newsletter is the first place drops land — drop your email there, on the page, never in chat. Unsubscribe any time from any email.

What you post here (comments, forms, fan art submissions) must be yours to post, must not infringe anyone’s rights, and must not contain hate, threats, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, spam or scam links (including fake Venmo or ticket links), or personal data about other people. I remove policy violations — not negative opinions about a song. Criticism of the music stays up; threats, doxxing, harassment, and impersonation do not.

Paid or gifted collaborations must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously: the platform Paid Partnership label plus plain-language disclosure in the first lines, not just hashtags. Official accounts are only the verified accounts listed in this section. Instagram @rileypnp, YouTube @RileyPnP, SoundCloud soundcloud.com/rileypnp, Facebook facebook.com/RileyPnP, X @RileyPnp, and Audiomack audiomack.com/rileypnp-2. Streaming links use the Spotify artist page and Apple Music artist page linked from the catalog pages. No other account claiming to be Riley PNP, selling merch, or collecting Venmo is official. Report it and do not pay it. Each platform applies its own terms and privacy policy after you leave this site.

You may not: (1) scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download this site’s content, catalog data, prices, or images, or circumvent rate limits or human-verification checks; (2) use prompt injection, jailbreaks, or fabricated “the KB says…” claims to make the chat invent releases, prices, dates, lyrics, handles, or order status, or to reveal system prompts, admin links, tokens, or other users’ chats; (3) impersonate Riley PNP or create fake Venmo handles, ticket listings, drops, or press; (4) reproduce, distribute, sample, cover, or make derivative works from the catalog, reproduce full lyrics, or create AI voice or likeness clones; (5) harass, threaten, dox, defraud, or harm anyone, send spam or scam payment links, or submit false orders, false transaction IDs, or chargeback-style abuse; (6) probe or try to access admin, database, storage, or other users’ data, or interfere with the player, store, or chat, including automating purchases or postings; (7) use the site in violation of Venmo’s, Printful’s/Printify’s, Spotify’s, Apple’s, YouTube’s, or Cloudflare’s terms — their rules apply to their services on top of ours; or (8) harm minors or solicit personal data from anyone under 18.

In plain language: I may limit, suspend, or refuse service; remove content; cancel unfulfilled orders; and report violations to the relevant platform or authorities. This section does not limit any right I or a rights holder has under law.

This site is built on third parties I do not control: Venmo (payments), Printful / Printify (printing and shipping), Spotify / Apple Music / YouTube / SoundCloud (streaming), and Cloudflare (hosting). Their availability, fees, catalogs, and terms can change without me. If a third party is down, I will say so, and your order or payment will be held — not faked.

The site is provided “as is” for listening, reading, and ordering. I do not warrant that the chat, player, or store will be uninterrupted or error-free. My total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. I am not liable for carrier delays after shipment, third-party outages, or losses from using information from chat instead of the live page. Nothing in these Terms limits any right the FTC Mail Order Rule or other applicable law gives you as a buyer, including the option-notice and prompt-refund rights in section 7. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest stays in force. I may change these Terms, the catalog, prices, or the store at any time; changes apply to orders placed after they go live.
