How long is shipping
Read the window on the item page. That window, word for word, is the promise. No window there means checkout stays off for that item and no window is promised here.
Returns
No returns process is live yet. The store is closed, no items are listed and no orders exist to return. Do not send money, ship anything, or send photos or personal details through the contact form, which is a shell. When the store opens, the full returns policy will be published on this page and on Return 2026 before the first sale.
Returns rule for when the store opens
Returns are for real problems only: misprint, damage in transit, wrong item shipped, or a lost package. Contact us through /contact within 30 days of receipt, or 30 days after the estimated delivery date for a lost package, with your order code and a photo, and write “Returns” at the top. Items we misprinted or damaged are covered at our expense with a reprint or a refund for the item. Change-of-mind returns and wrong-size or wrong-colour orders are not covered on made-to-order goods, so pick your size carefully on the item page. Full terms: Return 2026 and Terms.
The contact and newsletter forms are not connected. Nothing is sent or stored through them. Do not send card numbers, Venmo details, passwords, or a photo through a shell form.
US-only
US-only fulfillment, straight up: I ship to addresses in the 50 states plus DC only. No international shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses are not accepted.
How ordering works, when the store opens
- Pick the item on /store — size and color come only from the real print catalog, quantity is one per order on the page.
- Fill the order form on that item page (name, shipping address, email). The site creates a pending order first — no charge happens on the site itself.
- Pay on Venmo (Business profile only) via the deep link the site shows you. Your total and the note
RPNP-+ your order code are already filled in. Paste your Venmo transaction ID back on the confirmation page so we can match it. - We print and ship after payment clears. You get tracking from the print partner by email. No inventory means no fake low stock counters.
Who prints and ships it
Every order is printed on demand — nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting on you. Printful is the primary print partner, and Printify is the fallback for items or sizes Printful cannot fulfill. I do not hold stock, so there are no packing delays on my side to hide behind; print time and carrier time are the only clocks running.
